Construction Projects

Pre-Construction Services
3–6% of estimated construction value
Includes:
Strategic planning, regulatory coordination, review, sequencing, risk mitigation
Does Not Include:
Government fees, A/E, surveys, testing, materials, labor, specialty systems

Private Provider Services
In select circumstances, we provide Private Provider services to support projects requiring an expedited, coordinated, and professionally accountable review and inspection process.
When permitted by law, Private Provider services allow qualified professionals to perform plan review and inspection functions in coordination with the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
